WE started real estate business established on 16th June 2015. Later on it was incorporated as a company in 2016 as RUPBASUDA DEVELOPERS PVT LTD . Since then we have come a long way. Our projects have been developed and colonized into many residential paradises in south west kolkata, on D.H.Road, turning out masterpieces. Land bank consolidation is our strength. As present our group is working as on Residential, Commercial and Township projects. Our future and forthcoming projects will have an imprint on Heritage Cities.

When I was a child I was so fond of Nature, because I use to see green waves near me. I was brought up in such beautiful nature that my childhood was i n fresh air. And so I use to always think that my Bungalow is best in the world. But as I grew up and got busy in my life and earning livelihood. But at times I use to think where the green wave is lost in which I grew up ?? and never u se to get reply. Everywhere I use to see land s are vanishing day by day and building s are coming up and with this aspect I was not happy and always a thought was running in my min d that someday I will build a pl ace just not for myself but for the peopIe where they can stay and relax in their life and will see those green waves around them.I discus sed my dream with my family and I was so happy that they were delighted with my thoughts and they are also helping me in fulfilling my dreams. As I remember one fine day me and my husband were having teathe future like every couple does and my Husband suddenly said that “ I HAVE A DREAM OF LIFE RUPA” and with immense curiosity I asked him that what is your dream of life and then he explained me about this project and said how he wants people to have easy and pollution free life. And I was so a astonished that how my husband is just not thinking about himself and his family but he thinks about people at large and I have always been proud of him and after I heard hi s dream I felt that my heart will pour out of love an d respect for him. And I decided that hi s dream is mine now. And now we both are working toward s fulfilling his dream.
